The De Larderel Theater
Decorated with precious neoclassical stuccoes
The Teatro De Larderel is located in Pomarance. It’s a good example of a noble theater, as it was built at the end of the 1800s inside a prestigious “palazzo” of the wealthy family De Larderel.
The structure includes a hall with a rectangular layout and an atrium with frescoes of the family’s coat of arms. On the inside, the theater is decorated with neoclassical golden stuccoes and, in the middle of the vault, a big frame containing the painting “The Aurora” by Guido Reni.
