Caselli Farm

built on the site of one of the oldest castles in the area

The structure consists of a large building, probably built starting from the fifteenth century, with a residential function, and many other support buildings.
You can recognize the stables, a large covered farmyard, probably the largest among those existing in Valdicecina and other smaller buildings, some of which are used as dwellings.
Not far from this complex there is also a church of medieval origins; today the church has little of the oldest structure, as it was restored in 1922 by Count Ugolino della Gherardesca, one of the last owners.
It is now the site of an accommodation facility.
