Special dinners inside the prison of Volterra, in the name of taste and new occasions
With the will to redeem those who made a mistake, the management of the penitentiary of Volterra had a truly illuminated vision joining great chefs, and citizens, and associations to participate the project: the Convicts’ dinners, events dedicated to good food and solidarity.
Well-known chefs and prisoners, together cook good food and give support. Guests are delighted with an excellent menu that “tastes of freedom”.
The dinners, under reservation, take place in Volterra’s penitentiary and proceeds are donated to the Italian Foundation “Il cuore si scioglie”.
